Onboard MIG and stick rig for buckets, blades, frames, and on-site fabrication. A small fab shop on wheels at your jobsite. Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission, Agassiz, Hope.
Welding Services let us repair damaged iron right where it sits. Bucket cracks, frame welds, blade repairs, mounting plates, and general fabrication on the jobsite. We carry an onboard welding rig (stick and MIG) plus cutting and grinding equipment, so the truck is essentially a small fab shop on wheels. Hardfacing and wear-plate work extends the life of buckets and high-wear components instead of replacing them. Note: structural welding on regulated equipment, pressure vessels, and lifting components is excluded by our insurance and shop license, for those repairs we'll point you to the right structural welder.
We'll reach out at the number you provided.

Common ag and construction welding done on-site. Regulated structural and pressure work is referred to a certified shop.

Specialized in mobile John Deere equipment repair. Need hydraulic repair on-site, skid steer repair, or a preventative maintenance package? We cover those too.
Field welds, brackets, hitches, fab one-offs. Good work travels fast in the trades, and we appreciate the repeat calls.
Field welds, brackets, hitches, and one-off fab. Portable rig where the iron sits.
Photos of the failure, dimensions, and material if you know it. We confirm what's possible on-site versus shop work before we book.
Honest scope on the call
Welder, grinders, clamps, and common stock on the truck. Stick, MIG, and structural work done where the equipment is parked.
Stick + MIG
Welds dressed and inspected before we leave. Repair holds up under the same load that broke the original.
Workmanship guaranteed
Our goal is to fix it the first time, so the truck arrives with the tools and common parts and we don't have to drive back.
A small fab shop on wheels
Onboard MIG and stick rig, cutting and grinding equipment, and the experience to repair iron right where it sits. Bucket cracks, frame welds, blade tip-up, hardfacing, common on tractors, skid steers, and excavators in the Fraser Valley. Note: regulated structural welding on pressure vessels and certified lifting components is outside our insurance scope; we'll refer you to a structural welder for those.
We come to your job site, farm, or shop. If you're east of the Lower Mainland and have equipment that needs work, we can get to you.

Stick and MIG. Both are standard for repair work on equipment iron, blades, buckets, frames, and brackets. Plasma cutting and grinding gear is on the truck too.
Yes. Mounting plates, brackets, gussets, hitch and frame work, common fabrication is all in scope. For complex assemblies we'll fabricate at the shop and install on-site.
Significantly, yes. Hardfacing the wear edges of a bucket, blade, or wear plate is a fraction of replacement cost and typically multiplies the component's service life. Worth doing every time the wear shows up.
Mild steel and most equipment-grade steels, typical bucket, frame, blade, and bracket material. AR400 and AR450 wear plate are in scope. We don't carry aluminum or stainless TIG gear; if your repair is aluminum (lift booms, hopper bodies), we'll refer you to a shop that specializes.
Most bucket crack repairs run 2-4 hours on-site once we arrive, depending on the length of the crack, accessibility, and whether gusseting is needed. Frame and bracket work is similar. We give a realistic time estimate on the call before we dispatch the truck.
Stick welding tolerates weather better than MIG, so light rain is workable for most stick repairs. Heavy rain or wind needs a tarp or shelter we set up on-site. We won't weld in conditions that compromise the bead, we'll call it and reschedule before doing substandard work.
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed against defects in the bead, penetration, and prep. We don't warranty against re-cracking from continued misuse, operator damage, or running a worn-out component past its service life; that's covered as a separate repair.
Standard $135/hr labor, $160 callout fee, 3-hour minimum, same as any other service call. Consumables (rod, MIG wire, hardfacing) and specialty plate are billed at cost. Pricing is confirmed before any work starts.
