Mobile Repair Services
Mobile Repair Services is the way JSD Equipment delivers nearly everything we do. Instead of asking you to flatbed a tractor, skid steer, or excavator into a dealership and wait a week for a slot, we bring a fully-equipped service truck to where the equipment lives. The truck carries the John Deere and Yanmar diagnostic software, hand and power tools, hydraulic gear, an onboard welding rig, and common consumables and filtration. Our goal is to fix it the first time on-site. When we can't, we order parts on the same call and book the follow-up around your operation, not ours. This is the option for farms, contractors, acreage owners, and rental fleets who can't afford the downtime that comes with shop-based repair.

How fast can you get to me?
We dispatch ASAP and most calls get serviced the same day. Emergency breakdowns get priority response. We dispatch from Chilliwack and reach Agassiz, Abbotsford, Mission, and Hope routinely. Call 778-823-9813 and we'll give you a realistic ETA on the phone.
Do you charge a service-truck callout fee?
Yes, $160 flat callout for any zone. Fuel surcharge varies by zone (free in Chilliwack, $50 to Agassiz/Kent, $90 to Abbotsford, Mission, and Hope) and is itemized up front. See the service area map for details before you book.
What's the minimum charge?
3-hour minimum at $135/hr ($405 minimum once we're on-site), the same in every zone we cover. The phone diagnosis before we leave the shop is free, so you'll know whether the visit makes sense before any commitment.
What brands do you service?
John Deere is the specialty. We also service Bobcat, Kubota, Case, Caterpillar, Volvo, JCB, Yanmar, Ditch Witch, Genie, JLG, Toro, Multiquip, Ventrac, Con-X, and others. 15+ brands across compact and heavy equipment.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. After-hours support is provided situationally for true emergencies. If your equipment is down outside business hours and you're losing money, call and we'll see what we can do.
How does payment work?
Invoiced after the work is complete. Standard terms are net-on-delivery for one-off jobs; fleet and maintenance contracts have negotiated terms. We accept e-transfer and major card payments. No deposit required for the typical service call.
