JSD Equipment is a mobile heavy equipment repair shop based in Chilliwack, BC. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.

- Phone calls: the phone number you call from and the details you choose to share during the call.

How we use it
We use the information you give us strictly to schedule and deliver service, prepare quotes, follow up on completed work, and answer your questions. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep service records as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes (typically seven years). Callback form submissions that don't result in a service call are retained for up to twelve months and then deleted.
