Are you a John Deere dealer in Chilliwack?

The owner trained inside the authorized John Deere dealer in Chilliwack (Cervus Equipment), which is where we got JD Service Advisor access, the procedural training, and the John Deere brand-specific knowledge. The work is dealer-grade; the pricing and the wait times aren't.

Can you do warranty work on a John Deere machine?

John Deere warranty work has to go through an authorized dealer. We'll happily handle anything outside warranty, anything the dealer's wait list is slowing down, or anything the dealer is over-quoting. If a job is genuinely warranty work, we'll tell you and route you back to the dealer.
